Make a shopping list before visiting your local grocery store. Only go down the shopping aisles that you actually need to. Avoid the sweets and confectionaries, breads, dairy and all of your most tempting food lanes put the blinkers on and be determined to only pick up what is on your list.

By spending half an hour each week and drafting a forecasted menu for the week ahead you will know the ingredients you need, not only will you be making better choices you will save money! Never make a shopping list or go shopping whilst feeling hungry. Take a handful of nuts and a nice piece of fruit to beat any sugar cravings. Remember, hemorrhoid prevention is far better than needing a hemorrhoid cure.
